Charlotte Reilly
Director
Charlotte Reilly’s entrepreneurial career began in the mid 1990’s. After many years of travel to the U.S., Australia and the UK she joined Snap Printing in 1992 setting up her own business with husband Dermot in 1996. Later, Charlotte became involved in the homecare sector and managed her own franchise for 8 years until she sold in 2021. She was instrumental in setting up and developing Platinum Homecare Ltd in 2023 which has since become the fastest growing homecare company in Ireland. Family, tennis and travel take up most of her free time.
Ed Murphy
Founder
Ed Murphy is a visionary entrepreneur whose career reflects both innovation and a deep commitment to care and community. From leading Snap Printing in 1993 to pioneering Ireland’s home care sector with Home Instead in 2005 and HCCI in 2007, he has consistently built organisations that empower and support people. His ventures — from CEX in 2010 to GreenTech HQ in 2022 — highlight adaptability and forward thinking, while Platinum Home Care in 2023 embodies his passion for compassionate services. Today, as President of the County Wexford Chamber of Commerce in 2025, Ed continues to inspire growth, collaboration, and care at the heart of his leadership.
Dermot Bolger
Director and Founder
Dermot Bolger worked as an engineer from 1988 to 1996 in the electronics and drinks industries. He then set up and developed a successful Snap Printing franchise. With more than a decade of experience in the Homecare sector in Ireland Dermot, along with his long-time colleague Ed Murphy, is a founder director of Platinum Homecare. Outside the business world Dermot is a keen community activist and an active member of Trim GAA and tennis clubs.
